| | We tried to sell our home as a For Sale By Owner for awhile and got some lookers but no one real serious. Andre had called us a few times following up on some inquires we had made and when we decided to let Andre handle everything he even let us exclude the buyers that said were interested in our house in case they did come through. | | Andre sold our father's house twice but only charged us once. Andre listed and had our father's home sold the first time within 21 days at 98% of the asking price. We were one day away from closing and the buyers backed out because of a legal problem. After we fixed the problem Andre relisted the house and sold it again for 98%.
